not a hotel, the staff was not take the responsibility. when we asked for repairing TV. She told us the TV was ok last night. She did not even check it. The cleaner asked us when we go out at 10am in the morning. no shower towel replacement in the room. everthing needs to pay.

The room is big, clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony. It is very suitable for staying for a while. The reception was very helpful. We loved the place.

It is about 10-15min by bus from the terminal train station. However there is bus stop under the hotel building, so it is quite convenient going to the downtown.

算是郊区了，要做22路才能到佛罗伦萨老城区，房间清洁度还要加强，没有热水壶，但可以用锅煮水：）
